Hi, I’m Ms. Nancy, founder of Anchored Spaces located in Eastern North Carolina.

Anchored Spaces was created from a simple belief: your home should restore you, not drain you. I design environments that support mental well-being, promote calm, and make everyday life feel more manageable and grounded.

With a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and experience as a Certified Crime Scene Technician, I bring a detail-oriented, analytical approach to understanding how spaces impact behavior, mood, and daily function. My background as a Certified Life and Group Coach, Behavioral Modification Specialist, and Qualified Mental Health Professional allows me to approach each space with empathy, insight, and intention.

 

I don’t just design for appearance—I design for impact. Every space is thoughtfully assessed to ensure it supports your routines, reflects your story, and fosters a sense of peace and clarity.

My passion for art and furniture restoration also shapes my work, giving new life to pieces and spaces that may feel overlooked or disconnected.
