Terms & Conditions

By booking any service with Anchored Spaces-NC, including the Residential Solo, Residential Elite, or Residential Supreme Packages, the client agrees to the following:

1. Services Provided
Anchored Spaces-NC offers forensic-informed design and coaching services intended to improve the functionality, flow, and emotional impact of residential spaces. Services are collaborative in nature, and outcomes will vary based on client involvement and environmental factors.

2. Client Participation Requirement
The client must be physically present for all scheduled sessions and actively participate in the process. This includes assisting with decision-making and engaging in the assigned process. Limited participation may impact results and does not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.

3. Payment & No Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a deposit is required for the service. All sales are final. Anchored Spaces-NC enforces a strict no refund policy.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking at the discretion of Anchored Spaces-NC.

5. Scope of Work
Services are limited to the selected package. Additional rooms, time, or services outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Travel fees may apply based on service location. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service. The Client understands that all recommendations are guidance-based and is fully responsible for implementing them. Results will vary depending on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.

The Client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to all spaces involved in the session. This includes maintaining clear pathways, identifying potential hazards, and disclosing important details such as pets or other environmental factors that may impact the session.

For all package sessions, the Client is required to be present for the duration of the service and actively participate in the process. Failure to meet these responsibilities may limit the effectiveness of the service and does not warrant refunds or rescheduling.

7. Purchases & Third-Party Products
All product recommendations are optional. The Client is solely responsible for purchases and any outcomes related to third-party vendors, including quality, delivery, or performance.

8. Limitation of Liability
Anchored Spaces-NC, including its coaches, employees, assistants, and affiliated family members, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or outcomes resulting from decisions made during or after sessions. Participation is voluntary, and the Client assumes full responsibility for all actions, decisions, and results.

9. Force Majeure
Anchored Spaces-NC is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or government actions. Affected sessions may be rescheduled.

10. Confidentiality
All client information will be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery unless disclosure is required by law and client opts-in for permission of use of marketing/advertising photos of "Before and After" photos.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
