1. What is Anchored Spaces?
Anchored Spaces is a specialized design service that uses forensic-informed design to help improve mental clarity, emotional balance, and functionality within your home or business. It focuses on how your environment impacts your behavior, stress levels, and overall well-being.

2. What is forensic-informed design?

Forensic-informed design examines how your surroundings influence behavior, emotions, and decision-making using observation, behavioral patterns, and environmental cues. Unlike Feng Shui, which is rooted in energy flow and spiritual alignment, or Marie Kondo’s approach, which centers on keeping items that “spark joy,” forensic-informed design goes beyond these techniques and focuses on how your space functionally and psychologically affects your mental health, stress response, and daily habits. It is less about belief systems or emotional attachment alone, and more about identifying real-world patterns that either support or disrupt clarity, efficiency, and emotional stability.

3. Do I need to have a cluttered home to benefit from this service?
No, this service is not just for cluttered spaces—it’s for anyone who feels their environment isn’t fully supporting them. Even well-kept spaces can have hidden stress triggers that impact mental health and daily function.

4. How do I know if my space is affecting my mental health?
If you feel overwhelmed, distracted, tense, or unmotivated in certain areas of your home or business, your environment may be a factor. Anchored Spaces helps identify those patterns and offers solutions to improve how your space supports you.

5. What is the difference between the eBooks and booking a session?

The eBooks provide self-guided education and actionable steps you can implement at your own pace. A session offers personalized guidance tailored specifically to your space, challenges, and goals.

6. Do you work with small businesses as well as residential clients?
Yes, Anchored Spaces supports both residential and small business environments. The goal is to improve how each space functions emotionally and operationally for those who use it.

7. How do I get started?
You can begin by downloading the Beginners or DIY eBook for foundational guidance and book a Post eBook consultation for personalized support. Both options are designed to help you start creating a space that works for you instead of against you.
